Cottonopolis Pant
Cottonopolis Pant
Our wool Cottonopolis Pant, referencing Manchester’s rich history within the cotton and wool industry by means of its 19th Century nickname [Cottonopolis] and material DNA. The pant dons a balloon shape with a raw edge seam running down the middle of the left and right pant leg, front and back. It has a doubke dart seam pleat to the front and slanted buttoned pockets to the back.
Crafted from fine cotton yarn and Australian wool, woven with jacquard machines and treated with a strong shrinkage process. Australian wool is more natural and softer than ordinary wool. Thanks to the natural curls in wool fibres, which form numerous air pockets as barriers, the fabric offers excellent warmth retention.
With the natural fibers in the fabric please DRY CLEAN ONLY.
