Appointments

You can now book in for an appointment at our studio through our booking system here.

Orders

All orders are final once placed. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the payment has been processed.

Please ensure to double-check your details at the check out.

Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days.

DHL express is our shipping provider for the UK and EU. Every UK & EU parcel is shipped via an Express Service to ensure you receieve your order in a timely manner.

Global shipping is sent via the local post office service, which may take longer. 

Please be advised once your order has been shipped, Gander is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by the courier

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, these cases must be raised with the courier in the first instance

Exchanges & Returns

We currently offer exchanges or store credit only on all purchases. Orders must be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of order receipt. Please email us at customersupport@gandergander.co.uk with your order number to let us know if you will be returning your item for an exchange or store credit, and we will provide you with the return address.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must still be attached

• We reserve the right to inspect all garments on return

Please note that original Shipping costs are non-refundable

Sale items may also be returned for an exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of order receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can help you out ASAP. 

No Double Discounts

Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Orders that use multiple discounts incorrectly may be cancelled or adjusted.

Sale items do not qualify for any discount codes.
